I started making this Jerky with my Dad about 30 years ago. When I was just 10 years old, we'd spend time together experimenting with seasonings, and those moments became some of my favorite memories. After he passed, I poured my heart into perfecting every flavor he loved, carrying on his passion through each batch. For years, I made our jerky for the people closest to us, friends and family who became our biggest cheerleaders. As my sons grew up, they discovered their own creative spark and brought fresh flavors to our recipes. Now, watching them step into adulthood with their own ideas and contributions, we realized it was time to open our doors and share what we've built together.
